An Outsourced Solution to Unlock Debt Financing

Through our Credit Linked Note platform, we transform your credit strategies into investable securities - distributed to a global network of professional and institutional investors.

How It Works

From Assets to Allocation in Weeks

Launching investment products doesn’t need to take an age...

Working with Kingsbury & Partners means you don’t need to source arrangers, administrators, or paying agents — we’ve built the entire issuance process into one platform. From the first engagement, our team handles structuring, governance, and coordination with regulated partners, so your transaction moves seamlessly from mandate to market.

With everything managed under one roof, issuers can raise capital in an institutional format — ISINs, Bloomberg tickers, Euroclear/Clearstream settlement — in as little as 30 days.
